At TMI, we provide every customer with service that is second to none. TMI has ten, full-time service technicians that are all factory trained, and many degreed engineers on staff. TMI is CFC certified, and with over 250 years of collective experience on equipment of every manufacturer on the market today, nobody knows your equipment better than we do. Unlike many distributors, we maintain a vast inventory and keep our service trucks fully stocked with parts and tools, eliminating added charges for multiple trips. Let us help you choose the best service program to ensure that preventive maintenance is routinely performed to keep your production running smoothly and efficiently, without expensive downtime.

Installation

Whatever your situation, our staff will accommodate you by tailoring the installation process for nights, weekends, or whenever you need for minimal disruption. With TMI, you don’t have to worry about a thing because we handle it all, including delivery, installation, setup and instructions on use. We’ll even remove your old equipment for you. Of course, you also have the option to choose only the specific services you require.

Emergency Response

We support our valued customers with emergency service, 24/7/365. TMI technicians are on-call at all times, and service vehicles are always stocked with parts and equipment and ready to go. TMI facilities are strategically positioned to cover West Michigan, with a vast, on-site inventory that includes parts and lubrication, as well as new, used and rental equipment.

Service Programs

Total Care. Completely outsource all service on your company’s equipment to us for a single, convenient monthly fee.

Superior Care. TMI’s factory-trained service technicians will supplement your in-house maintenance by periodically performing identified, on-site routine service work for a fixed fee, and will be available 24/7 for emergency assistance.

Preferred Care. TMI technicians will perform your periodic routine service according to factory specifications, including replacement of consumable materials, and will be available for emergency support. Services provided on a time and material basis.

Team Care. Would you prefer to procure your own materials and perform equipment service yourself? TMI will provide training, technical assistance, and we’ll be available 24/7 for emergency service.
